Worse experience ever. I didn’t ask for anything to crazy and the guy couldn’t do the design so I asked for something more simple a French tip. He was so rude the entire time! Having a bad attitude just because I asked for a correction. He kept rushing and overall made the experience horrible. I would much rather him just tell me he didn’t want to do my nails rather then getting ugly for me asking for a correction.
From the moment I sat down an older gentleman (Hiep Pham) was very rude to me. He talked to me with a tone. I had gotten here 45 mins before closing time. I asked him to take out the two ends from my toes and he was very rough on one of them. I’m sick and tired of this. Yet he put his own tip without my consent.

Went in an hour before closing time and was treated and serviced so kind to me & my horrible feet lol, the gentleman Ty who helped me was amazing he saw my Pinterest photo and ate my toes upppp lol he did so great and I did not feel rushed and the service was top tier . First time here and I will be back! Thank you Ty.
Nice people. Application was ok, not great but not the worst. I was mainly concerned with the cleanliness when I went to wash my hands in the back I could not use their small brushes because the ones in the “clean” bowl had tarnished bristles. Things like that makes me question the integrity of the rest of the products they use.
