I have been going to this place for years and the result was always perfect, but when I went there a couple of days ago it seemed rushed, the heels were barely scrubbed, there was extra skin left around the nails that should have been trimmed, the nail polish was not covering the entire nail on one of the toes, the neck /shoulder massage left me feeling as if I pulled a muscle in my shoulder. Maybe the girl was new, but it left me so disappointed.

I just had the worst customer experience ever at Organic Nails Marblehead. I made a 6:00 PM appointment and it was obvious that I was the last customer and so the tech rushed through my mani pedi in about half the time that it would normally take. At certain points it was almost uncomfortable. The result was really poor quality for a price that is higher than many other salons in town. Asked for me to pay in full and Venmo tip before my nails were even painted. It was strange I’ve never been asked to tip before the service has been executed. Before that happened I enjoyed the experience. I did pay and tip market value, but did not feel good about it. Also cut my nail a bit. Won’t be back.
