If you value your time don’t go here. Even if you have an appt, basic pedi and gel mani will cost you two hours. Quality of work is subpar. I’ve now gone for 9 months straight, once a month because it’s the most convenient location for me. I usually end up leaving with sore cuticles and/or bloody nail beds. There are 17 chairs in this nail salon and 3 nail techs. So many ppl come in and ask for walk-in service only to be told “we’re so busy, can you wait 15 mins”. Horrible service wouldn't go back. Went in for a simple mani and pedi and left with a bloody toe, which later required a doctor trip. Paid 30$ to leave with a gel removal.

They did not treat me well; they offer things and do it anyways even though you said no without you being aware of it and charge at the end the big amount. Very disrespectful…

I made two appointments, and both times they made me wait despite having a scheduled appointment. The last time was the final straw - we had an appointment for 5:30, and even though I arrived on time, they still made me wait for half an hour. I won't be returning.
