The attitude was very unfriendly and wasn’t clean. They don’t greed you or smile or introduce themselves. Even though I made an appointment for 12 I had to wait one hour before they started on me. At the end I have bubbles and dents in my jell in my hand. They don’t quote you a price and charge you a hefty amount at the end. Much more expensive than Orange County Irvine or Laguna which I usually go.

I have been coming to Organic Nail Bar 2 since they opened. It is my favorite place to go and get my nails done. It is very nice and clean all the time. The staff is great and Kim always does my nails . I love how she does my nails and always does a great job. She can do anything she is very talented.

I had made an appointment and as soon as I got there I was tended to. Kaylynn is kind and communicative, I enjoyed her service. I will be returning!

Ended up with a bad toe infection & a lousy pedicure. I called the store to let them know i got a toe infection & wanted a refund. They wanted me to return to the salon to “take care of the infection.” I absolutely do not trust them to take care of my infection. If they cared this infection should not have happened in the first place. They refused to refund me. I plan to report them to the nail board. So disappointed in the service. Just another chop shop in disguise.

First time today, had a really good experience then other places I've been, they did a really awesome job on our nails will definitely come back!
