Don't buy from them, it seems it is a different company now than it used to be. In the past they made great mattresses but unfortunately not any more. When we ordered they promised to rush it so we could have it 4 weeks later. It took a good 3 months! In the meanwhile we were promised a discount if we wouldn't cancel during the process. Our $9,000 mattress has a defect, one side became completely uncomfortable after 3 years of use despite us purchasing a $1,500 foundation required to support this product. We contacted the company, they asked us to send them pictures for evaluation. The defect is not visible on the pictures, but the mattress in unusable and causing a back pain. We’ve had our mattress for 4 years. Our mattress had to be replaced once. Now we are being told our warranty would only cover one mattress replacement. And, we need to pay $759 to fix it. You’re claiming this doesn’t happen often, but why has it happened twice to us in four years. We have the appropriate support and don’t allow our kids to jump on it. It’s so uncomfortable that we often sleep with our kids in their twin sized beds.
