Fantastic service and products! My husband loves these products and I love how they smell :) His skin has definitely improved since using these products. We love ordering online and they give nice samples. We are always impressed with the delivery service- this last ordered arrived literally the next day! One of the best product lines I have ever tested and used for over 16 years, unfortunately the customer service has limited quality control to the point, you simply walk away. Very promising company that needs some customer service audits to map out problem areas and retraining.
1st order they charged me and only send 1/2 my order. Then they kept sending me product, after I called & canceled. Then told me I would to pay shipping to send back what I did not order. The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced.
A long overdue review for a company with great customer service and even better products. I have used Organic Male products for 5 plus years now and have always received a premium experience. Their products deliver good results. While there is a bit of a trial and error to see which product line works best on your skin. I have not had any bad experiences with these folks.
