We booked a deep clean with Organic Maids because we had several family visits planned, with our first wave of family arriving the day after the cleaning. Initially, I’ll be honest: if I had booked a standard cleaning, I probably wouldn’t have had any complaints. We had some miscommunications regarding what I wanted targeted in the clean, the time allotted, and the associated costs. The cleaners did stay to finish the job, and I received a call afterwards to rectify the situation which was much appreciated.
