Disappointed in quality for price. What I paid was more than double what I was quoted and it wasn’t even styled. It was one color and expectations weren’t set when hair assessed. Wouldn’t recommend.

I got the keratin smoothing treatment done and it did what it was suppose to do. I have frizzy curly hair and this treatment definitely decreased the frizz. My hair still has curls to it (which is totally okay with me) but it’s a lot more manageable now without the frizz. I get to use less products and it’s easy to style. This treatment won’t straighten your hair so if that’s what you’re looking for I wouldn’t recommend it. While she was nice and tried to fix it, I would never go back for a keratin treatment. Quoted me 250 and charged me 300 at the very end without telling me first. Also have never had a keratin treatment that damaged my hair and looked as bad as it did. She offered to re flat iorn my hair and gave me free shampoo and conditioner but that caused 2x the damage to my hair in the same day.

Joy has been my stylist for years. I will be moving out of state in July and, boy, am I going to miss her. I can only hope to find a stylist that comes close to providing the quality service she has provided.
