Very happy to support a family owned and operated and local! Eco-friendly business.They were prompt, professional and did a thorough cleaning of our wool area rug as well as the well-loved sofa. Wish I had taken some before and after photos to share here. I call this company because they had great reviews and now i am less then satisfied. I scheduled them to come out and clean the carpets, a day before moving into my new home. Asked them several questions about how it all work and if they would be able to get the pet odors out, let behind by the previous owners. The man i spoke with assured me they would be able to take care of that issue for me.
