I ordered 2 large bouquets from them for my wedding and paid the $36 for overnight shipping. Instead of receiving my flowers on time, they were in transit for FOUR days will did not show up in time for the wedding. They have made no attempt to notify me of the delay and I have yet to hear from their customer service department.
