Update 2024: The owner added two new sites, and they were immediately filled by great tenants waiting years to get into this incredible neighborhood! The owner here is the best! This is a jewel of a mobile home park, on top of a hill overlooking all of Las Cruces. Very quiet, small (Only 30 or so sites), and the residents are all long-term and take pride in their mobile homes.
