Dr. Kozicky is worth a million stars! I knew he was a very knowledgeable gastroenterologist even before making an appointment with him for my father. But Dr. Kozicky far exceeded my expectations. He very thoroughly examined my father and took time to listen and explain everything. He even called me after hours to explain more about the medication and procedure he is planning for my father. Dr. O. Kozicky has been my Gastroentologist since 2004 - Fortunately for me, I continue to see him because he is thorough in examinations, clear in explaining procedures, and concerned in his overall care for the patient. I last saw him yesterday, June 2, 2025 for a colonoscopy at Yonkers St. John's Hospital. As usual, his treatment was excellent and I observed that there is no difference in how he treats his staff.
He prescribed too much miralax and it stopped working and made me sick. His secretary leaves a lot to be desired. She was horrible and a liar. I moved on.
