    I am extremely pleased with the quality lawyers and staff at Oresky & Associates. They exceeded my expectations in every way! Over six years ago I was hit by a car crossing the street on foot in a construction zone. This caused a variety of injuries and forced me into years of PT, doctors appointments, and treatments. The lawyer handling my case, Josh Goldblatt, did a superb job negotiating my settlement with two defendants, a construction company and the taxi driver who hit me. Jack Oresky offered terrific counselling and insight into all legal matters regarding my case and took the time to get involved in when I had my deposition and also was very involved in helping Josh reach an excellent settlement. I was also very happy with the support staff such as Yusmeris Lapis and Cynthia Leon, who really helped me a great deal with all matters related to my case and were there to answer all my questions and concerns in a timely fashion. This is an excellent legal team that is highly professional and effective at obtaining the types of settlements other firms cannot reach. I highly recommend you choose Oresky & Associates!
