FInd another Immediate Care Facilty – This place is a joke! The doctor tell's you to come in in 3 weeks to do a follow up appointment and in turn they charge you again. Places like this is what give other health providers a bad name. I highly recommend to find some place else to go. Additionally, I have been here a few times, every time, I have seen a different doctor and each has their own different opinions. had a very bad expierenceat this location. VERY horrible service and when i called the location the staff was VERY RUDE and actually hung up on me once! i would not recommend anyone to go there and my husband and i will never go back!
Not a real doctors office – Hello, after visiting this place several times I have become to notice they don't help you here. Sad to say everytime I have visited concentra I have not seen a real doctor. Isn't that what I pay insurance for? I have only seen docotrs assistants no real certified doctors. This is outragious. If they would have done the right procedures the first time my sickness would have cured. Instead I was waiting two hours and not seen by a real certified doctor. BEWARE OF THIS CLINIC! – This Concentra is horrible! They started physical therapy without even knowing what my injuries were. I continued to go due to workman's comp. My last visit, I sat in the room for over 3 hours without being seen! With a back injury, that is a long wait! To make a long story short, once my employer (that is a national company), heard of my mistreatment by concentra, they not only found me a specialist for the next day, they also dropped them nationwide as their clinic! Health could care less... – The cookie cutter of workplace Dr's offices... If you have an injury, it is their goal to simply get you back to work, not so much to get you better.
Outstanding physician – I saw Dr. Hinman for a knee injury. Even though it was late in the day, he was kind and helpful to me. I was scared and in pain and I wanted to go home. Dr. Hinman was very understanding and helped me as quickly as he could, but I felt he took time to hear me out and treat me right. I hope I don't have to see a doctor again, but if I do, I want to see Dr. Hinman.
Go to another location! – This is the worst Concentra location I have ever been to. I work in the chemical industry and require an extensive physical yearly. Both years that I had to visit this clinic were disastrous. The first year I was at the clinic for OVER 6 HOURS. They work on a first come first serve (no appointment) basis, but I soon figured out that people who came in well after me were being taken back and leaving before I went back. Best Customer service anywhere, Friendly, Audie Is the best!! – I have gone to this location on two different work comp situations and both times the staff is friendly they know what they are doing the Dr is fantastic and the manager over the whole clinic, Audie Poole is very friendly and cares about you! and your needs..I would recamend this clinic to anyone and everyone!!!
