I, Randolph W Sheets want Doctor Orent as my primary care physician period. He is in my opinion the best he has never steered me wrong with my brain bleed and with all that accompanies this type of injury. He has had to fight the third party administrator Broadspire every step of the way on meds and therapy they think I do NOT need. If you get injured at work or otherwise I would not recommend it. Unless you have a bone sticking out of your body or your bleeding from your eyes they will send you back to work not caring if your really injured or not. Then they will recommend physical therapy even when your too injured to even walk. Seems like a workman's comp scam to avoid claims of real injuries and double dipping to collect money for PT whether you can do it or not or even need it or not. Got two sports physicals here today for my two sons. First one was covered by my two insurances and cost nothing, but the second one wasn't and cost $35 plus tax. The woman at reception, who checked us in during the late afternoon charged us, adding that school or sports physicals are a flat rate, insurance doesn't pay for them, that I would likely get billed for the morning visit and finally, they never deviated from that policy. Terrible place to treat your work injury. Clinic is very employer and insurance proactive. Treat elsewhere if you want real care.

DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE – Thia place took care of me, I had a horrible flu, and was extremly dehydrated. They got me fixed up with IV bags, and released me. 334 dollars, and a perscription for antibiotics. Those cost 80 dollars, for six pills. Afew days later I was contacted by someone that asked me to come back for a follow up, informing me it would be another 150 dollar fee, I declined, I was back to healthy, and didnt feel it would be money well spent. Two weeks later I get a bill for another 175 dollars, when I contacted... read more

wrong prescription, rude nurse! – One of the Concentra's doctors visited me and prescribed me some medications quickly. She wrote the prescription wrongly, less than what she had already explained to me. So after getting my prescription, I called them to talk to her and the receptionist told me you should come here again and did not let me to speak with any other available doctor on the phone! Worst!!!! – Employers who send people here are really hazing! I came for a simple drug test and waited more than an hour. I saw a receptionist greet someone face to face accidentally with "thank you for calling Concentra". She was zoned out. They list their opening as 7:30 and I heard them say the doctor is coming at 9:30. Finally the TV was blaring during my extensive wait.

Clean and Fast walk-in medical – $110 cash rate, and they also take workers comp! On-site PT (usually also same-day). Open until 5, with a clean waiting room. Pretty good doctors and service, even if you do sometimes get the feeling they are new and unsure. Beats a wait at the emergency room, any day! One major con: they are not very helpful referring you our to other specialists (non-Concentra), and I had to do a lot of my own footwork to make it happen.
