I booked a 90 minute massage with Theresa, and she was very flexible with scheduling for me which was so appreciated. The massage was amazing, and she made me feel very comfortable and seen when telling her about myself, and also comfortable to just enjoy in silence too. Wonderful heated bed and comfy linens. I already booked my next appointment!
I booked with Theresa for a massage to help with muscle stiffness from an accident. She was incredibly knowledgeable and understanding of my concerns. I appreciated that she spoke with me about what she was doing and answered my questions as to why I was likely having the sensations I was. I would highly recommend her for anyone wanting to relax, but also for those who are working on pain management.
I can't say enough good things about Theresa, she was amazing and so glad I took the chance to go see her. She is amazing at what she does and she cares and it shows in the work she does. Can't wait to see her again.
Decided I was due some self care. Massage is not always my first go to because I've had masseuses that talk the whole session or left me feeling bruised and sore for days.
