Mr Ross is a scam artist. He did not explain that he would move all of my dad’s assets into a trust, then set up a power of attorney for an additional cost for his assets not in a trust (none) and the say “ he had the client’s best interest at heart” when I, as his daughter and primary caregiver, cannot help him pay his bills. He then has the gall to tell me to get my dad with Alzheimer’s to sign a fidelity doc “in a moment of clarity”.
