One whole star for my call being answered on the first ring. Yesterday I bought a replacement tire for my car after a flat. It was the same tire that I bought from a competitor last year. Orin’s price was better. The service was fast, pleasant and professional. I can see why the man who helped me, a great-grandson of George Orin, is proud to work in his family business! They are my tire people from now on.
I came in for a tire rotation and balance. Service was great- my car was handled immediately. The tech came in and told me that I only had around 7,000 miles left in the tires and the front one had some interior wear as the car needed an alignment so he recommended only a rebalance and an alignment before the next set of tires are installed. Great advice. And that’s what we did. This is a good, honest place.
