Everyone was great. It was Tuesday morning when I realized I had a flat tire. I slowly drove the 5 blocks here. Someone came right out to see what I needed and got working on my car right away. In addition to the nail in my tire, I also had a bent steel rim. They plugged the hole, bent my rim back into place, and I was off to work in 30 minutes. My last mechanic told me I had to replace the whole tire and rim when my rim was bent. Definitely coming back for all tire related problems.
I seriously can't say enough good things about George Oren. I had been majorly procrastinating getting new tires because I was honestly scared of having a bad experience or getting talked down to for not knowing anything about tires. I’ve purchased a few tires at George Oren. I need three new Pirelli‘s, but never mind. I got a new tire last week and my sensor light came on. I called and said I was coming by. No one said we’re closed from 12 to1pm. I get there and they wouldn’t service me. The guy in the front office, Eric, was so rude when I said that he should have told me they close for lunch.
