When I first arrived in Wilton (1984), someone told me about Orem's and said, "It is so un-Wilton." But the food is great, especially their pea soup. I have many fond memories of my seven years in Wilton and Orem's is one of them.
Good food, good service. We go there all the time.

They have been around for years and have a good following. They are located on route 7 and have a good sized parking area of their own.

Poor Hospitality I have gone to Orem's Diner for more than 20 years, to the original diner and now the new location. The food is generally good and the service is moderate. I had a business lunch recently and after an hour, the waitress asked if we wanted anything else, as I replied no, she asked that we leave shortly. I replied that I had business and was still eating and requested a refill on our coffee.
