We had a great guide being Sam who although quite new to his job, he was friendly and professional throughout to ensure we are having fun in this activity. It is a rather short "flight" but you get to redo it for about an hour duration or as long as you're fit enough to climb back up for the launch. It's quite gimmicky but still fun way to spend some time with kids when they're not keen for nature walks or exploration.
