The people at the O'Reilly's in Willard, Mo are very helpful and courteous. I feel confident in their recommendations.
My friend returned a battery that was 60 something days old for me. The battery is defective. They said the battery could be charged and they wouldn't honor the warranty. He said the receipt wasn't from O'Reilly but it clearly says the store name at the top. He basically said to leave the store or he would call the police. Horrid customer service.

Highly Recommend O'Reilly's and the guys are so nice and so knowledgeable. I'm a lady that I have no clue what to do with my car, my check engine light came on and took it by there this morning and the men were so helpful. they really know customer service. the Man behind the counter made me feel so welcome when I walked in. forgot his name he was the assistant Manager.
