I went to the O'Reilly on Cooper Drive in south Columbia as I needed new wiper blades for my Outback. I'd been putting off doing it cuz it's just one of those annoying tasks but Sebastian was so helpful it was no trouble at all!! He found the exact wiper blades I needed and installed them for me quickly which was so great & helpful!!! Very professional... thx!

I drive the worst van in the world when it comes to changing the headlight bulbs. Both my lights burnt out in 24 hours and I was stressed out trying to figure out how to change them. Can’t even fit my hand where it needs to be to change them. I stopped by hoping they could help. Isaac (the nicest and most helpful guy I’ve met in a long time) took car of the problem, answered all our questions in less than 10 minutes. Isaac earned a customer for life. I live on the other side of town but this is where I’ll shop now.
I strongly believe in giving credit where it’s due. Austin at the South Side O’Reilly’s on Grindstone has been incredibly helpful to me on multiple occasions. He consistently goes out of his way to assist, explain things clearly, and make sure you’re taken care of always with a great attitude. This isn’t a one-time experience, which says a lot about his work ethic. If you have any questions or concerns about your vehicle, I highly recommend asking for Austin.
