We have relocated from MI to be closer to family. I am so very pleased to have found this practice. Everyone is kind, helpful and professional...and it's only a mile from our home! I highly recommend them!

I called the office to schedule as a new patient. The girl who answered the phone was extremely rude and told me to call an oral surgeon. I felt like I was blocked from scheduling an appointment. Won’t be calling there again.
Had a miscommunication about insurance plans they accept. Was told they never would have not mentioned to us that we don't have a contract with our plan. Honestly made me feel like I was the problem... My background is insurance and if it were mentioned I would have understood and NEVER went. If you call make sure you phrase, "Are you contracted with my plan it is BCBS PPO?" ECT or your policy name. But make sure you say..
