I called the office to schedule as a new patient. The girl who answered the phone was extremely rude and told me to call an oral surgeon. I felt like I was blocked from scheduling an appointment. Won’t be calling there again.
Had a miscommunication about insurance plans they accept. Was told they never would have not mentioned to us that we don't have a contract with our plan. Honestly made me feel like I was the problem... My background is insurance and if it were mentioned I would have understood and NEVER went. If you call make sure you phrase, "Are you contracted with my plan it is BCBS PPO?" ECT or your policy name. But make sure you say.. Everyone at O'Reilly dental is very friendly from your arrival until you are finished. Carolyn always does a great job cleaning my teeth. Dr Ashley throughly explained what needed to be done with my tooth. I highly recommend their dental services.
Dr Brad is an excellent dentist who also has genuine care for his patients. He is relatable and makes the patient feel at ease.
I cannot say enough about O’Reilly Family Dental in Hampshire. The whole entire team is just amazing, especially Paula and Dr. Brad.
