John literally drove out to come rescue my car at the Kroger down the street and fixed it instantly. I know next to nothing about cars and he was so kind and took the time to educate me about what to look for and when to come in. Thank you John and all of the kind staff at O’Reilly, y'all are the sweetest!

Hands down, Isaiah was so kind and helpful! I had questions about a few products he know where to locate them , and helped me carry my heavy basket with all my antifreeze in it! He even offered to carry them to my car! He is a wonderful employee and needs a raise! He will go far in life with his kindness and expertise! Thank you sir for all your help!

Alandis greeted me before I got to the counter. She looked up the wipers I needed and advised me on my options. I so appreciate her attitude that I only lacked knowledge, not intelligence. Even before I paid she asked if I needed her to install them for me.I asked her to show me how, so I could do it myself next time.
