Checked in at receiving at 0600 for a 0700 appointment. Multiple trucks that checked in long after I did given doors, offloaded, and gone. Still waiting. Asked nicely and politely when I might get a door for offload. Was told I would be next. Six more trucks have come and gone ahead of me. Hours of waiting for 4,000 lbs of cardboard to be offloaded. Still waiting. Places like this shouldn’t exist but sadly they do. Horrible mismanagement and check-in staff that prioritize people that look like they do over those who don’t.
