THE DISTRICT MANAGER LETS NON-CUSTOMERS WITH EXPIRED CAR TAGS PARK IN THEIR LOT ALL DAY AND OVERNIGHT FOR A PARKING FEE. THIS IS BRINGING CRIME INTO THE NEIGHBORHOOD!!! THE POLICE ARE AWARE OF THE PROBLEM BUT CAN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT BECAUSE THE DISTRICT MANAGER WON'T LET THEM.
