Super friendly staff and always very helpful! I go there often!
Great customer service
Talk about horrible experience!! 1st was told I couldn’t return a part I got from another store.(which is completely false) Then when I called up I was very rudely addressed by the assistant manager Jackie. The closers refuse to answer a phone call let alone sell the right parts.most definitely do not recommend this location to anyone and would strongly prompt another O’Reilly location for they are not all like this one
