Visited this morning for a headlight issue. The employee helped replace both bulbs and took the time to explain the importance of the headlight cover since I was missing one. He even attempted to locate the part in their system and, when unavailable, recommended checking with the dealership. Very helpful and informative.
I had such a great experience here. Luis was SO helpful and kind! He helped me install new wipers & a new break light. He answered all of my questions, walked me through what I needed, and gave his recommendations off what he uses/likes for his car. Very great experience here with Luis!
Went in to buy a belt and thermostat for my suv and was sold the wrong items after I went back to exchange it for the correct items Daniel told me if I was trying to cheat the store by returning items I didn’t buy there when I clearly had a receipt and had gone back that same day. He didn’t do the return/exchange. I came in for a new battery and a man name Julien help me I'm handicapped .I could not leave my car but he delivered it to outside of store to my car .he's a great guy .I hope all other staff is the same .great service .thank you.
I stopped by O’Reilly’s on the coldest day of the year because I needed a new battery and I must say I received great service from Andres he took my old battery out and replaced it with the new one that I purchased and his attitude was very good along with the fast service.
