There are one or two people at the store that I will deal with that are professional and are very willing to help there's a heavy set manager there that seems to have a grudge with me and has had one for quite some time very unprofessional I wouldn't recommend going here when he's on because he's going to give me an attitude if you asking for help or if you ask to return something i've been harassed a few times trying to return items with the receipt but because it didn't have the packaging which was just a clear plastic bag... read more

Horrible customer service at this location. I went in looking for a coolant temp. sensor and unfortunately there was two different part numbers. I asked the employee if I could buy both and return the one that didn't match up (without installing it). He agreed and I bought both parts, I went home and matched up the sensor and came back to do a return the following night.
