Had a breakdown and had our car brought here, Joshua and Nick helped us so much more than they had to, they went above and beyond to help us get up and running. We thought we needed a certain part but they helped us identify the problem and answered all our questions and even checked to make sure we installed it right. An hour and a half later, we’re on the road again! Thank you guys! May God bless you!

Today, Monday, July 27th I called the O'Reilly's on White Street in Danbury, CT. I spoke with a member of that store's team. His name was Gavin. I explained that I thought that my battery could be on the way out. I asked if Gavin could test it to find out. Gavine said "of course, come on by". So I did. I arrived and found Gavin at the front desk ready to greet me. We went outside and tested my battery. It was dead.
