Extremely disappointing customer service. I called ahead to make sure they had the part I needed. After being on the phone for nearly 20 minutes, I was told they had it in stock. I drove to the store only to find out they didn’t have anything close to what I was looking for. Unfortunately, this has happened to me multiple times. The staff always seems to do the bare minimum, and the customer service is consistently unfriendly. I wouldn’t recommend relying on them if you need accurate parts availability or helpful service.
