I am a female that is just learning my parts. I have never been so downgraded and made to feel stupid in my life I'm not for sure who Nate is but this man does not belong behind the register hopefully he doesn't make women feel this horrible often I will never shop at O'Reilly's again

Have to help and look up my own parts every time. Not helpful I change parts for a living there job is to find them not mine!
Brandon went above and beyond what he needed to do. My car wouldn't start while I was at work. I had to walk down there to get a jump pack. He had his girlfriend take me back to my car and jump my vehicle to get me back there to put a new battery in my car. Forever grateful!
Inferior parts....poor service
