4 people in line waiting to check out! 1 employee checking people out.. 5 other employees more worried about getting their donuts instead of helping Aaron at the counter! Aaron is very professional
Our daughter was on a road trip and broke down in Bend. She was able to get to this O’Reillys and A fellow customer offered to fix the part in the parking lot, but it would take several hours. Super impressed with their employee Dakota, who volunteered his time after they had closed to stick around and make sure that the girls got their car working and were safely headed out! So impressed with his kindness to wait with them!
