Super helpful and kind!
Went to this store today and I'll never go back again. Spoke to the assistant SM and Commercial Manager and both were extremely rude and unprofessional. If I could rate them a -9 I would.
So I just called earlier like after 12 pm for a tie rod . I spoke with a woman on the phone & I asked her if they had it in stock & she said yes . Since they did , I asked her if she can put it to the side because I was gonna come right up there & get it .She tells me in a nasty tone that they don’t put stuff to the side for customers . Mind you , anytime I call an auto store & ask them , they always do it . So I ended up going to AutoZone & guess what , THEY PUT THE DAMN TIE ROD TO THE SIDE FOR ME .
