Stopped to buy coolant. While on the road. Asked for military discount. Retired. I Putin my data. Then they gave me a sing song about computer, and other non discounted possible problem. Then supervisor said coolant was not a discount. Asked that my data be removed from system. They did nothing. Don't stop here... I paid full price and gave my full data. If I was told before. was always a struggle with the other " auto parts store" id literally have to find my own parts when I'd go. with O'Reilly customer service is top notch and plenty of experienced automotive personnel that will go above and beyond to get any information you need for your vehicle or customer vehicle. so good in fact I ended up filling out an application to join the amazing team they have put together and im ecstatic to be apart of helping people with what I know personally can be a huge pain when just trying to find parts , to... read more
