Went to this store today and I'll never go back again. Spoke to the assistant SM and Commercial Manager and both were extremely rude and unprofessional. If I could rate them a -9 I would.
So I just called earlier like after 12 pm for a tie rod . I spoke with a woman on the phone & I asked her if they had it in stock & she said yes . Since they did , I asked her if she can put it to the side because I was gonna come right up there & get it .She tells me in a nasty tone that they don’t put stuff to the side for customers . Mind you , anytime I call an auto store & ask them , they always do it . So I ended up going to AutoZone & guess what , THEY PUT THE DAMN TIE ROD TO THE SIDE FOR ME . Extremely helpful staff, and a very well stocked store. Troy and Edward were super knowledgeable and were able to help me figure out what I needed. The part I ordered came in quickly, and picking it up was very easy. I’m super happy with my experience here.
