Was in town visiting a friend and had to stop in for something minor. Was assisted by Paige. She did not seem thrilled I had questions and overall the attitude was unpleasant, like I was bothering her by being there. Won't be stopping in here in my next trip.
Today, I was supposed to go to a repair shop to check the car's warning signs for "check brake system" and "check ABS system" faults, but I was refused. Passing by O'reilly Auto Parts, I was warmly received by the young man. The car was inspected and I learned that parts needed to be replaced. I also learned which parts needed to be replaced and where to find someone to replace them. I'm very grateful for the young man's enthusiastic help. They SUCK! Customer service is -10. Need warranty refund of over $1800 since 5/20/2025. This is 11/18/2025. A/C compressor lasted less than a year the first time, (Indiana purchase) and less than 24 hours on the second one (Missouri purchase) and they ONLY refunded me for the first unit, no labor thus far. NAPA paid for labor and parts within 3 weeks when I had the same problem with the same part. Krystal in Auburn NY location said she would get it taken care of.
