I brought in used motor oil for recycling this week. The staff greeted me with a smile and were more than happy to help me out, even when I didn’t come to buy anything. I’ll be coming back here again!
Superb! I needed replacement headlight bulbs for my subaru today, and found O'Reilly nearby. Excellent service. They looked up the part, and found me the best deal that would work for my car. Will be back!
Matt is very friendly, but he is giving incorrect advice. This can be a liability if his advice causes someone to damage their property. He insists he is correct when it is obvious he has no clue. If you are looking for parts this is a good store. Big inventory. But do NOT take any advice from them. They hire kids who claim to have 30 years experience. Also bragging out getting another employee fired is certainly not a good look.
