Came in for a turn signal bulb and told the cashier (not sure the guys name but he has a jesus cross tattoo on his face) multiple times which one and needed help with installing it. Thank goodness I said something because the cashier got another associate to help me and they pointed out it was the incorrect bulb after I paid for it (which I exchanged) that made me very upset that I almost confronted the cashier, what if I went all the home with the wrong part and the cashier knowingly gave me the wrong part. Matt was EXCELLENT- kind, respectful and was honestly bummed he couldn’t help me which I understand - the employee next to him - never got his name was extremely rude and disrespectful to me to the point where Matt was disagreeing with him! Oreillys please hire more Matt’s and less of that unnamed guy - what an unpleasant terrible experience being my FIRST TIME at Oreillys in Burlington - I’ll make sure never to shop at Oreillys when the new one comes to my area.
