I was looking for K&N Air Filter oil and thr attendant knew exactly where it was. I was in and out on 5 min. I tried Autozone and was given a generic product that did not work. I will be returning to this location.
Worst service I've ever had in a parts store. Walk in and no one is at the counter for 20 minutes. TWENTY MINUTES. Scotty walks out and gets mad that no one is helping me. Excuse me sir, YOU'RE part of the problem. Where were YOU at? Almost nothing i picked rang up at the same price as the tag, but I had already been waiting so long that i just wanted to leave. Will definitely not be coming back. I'd much rather the autozone in woburn or the advance in wilmington. At least they have people on the counters when you walk in.
Bad reviews are being hidden/removed. My review from only 1 week ago has been removed. Likely because the manager can’t take criticism. Bad manager, bad team, bad store. And now bad business practice by removing negative reviews. Manager knows nothing and will need you to get your own stuff, even behind the counter. Really amazing service. David was fantastic. I brought my sister and her husband in to figure out what was wrong with their battery. They are special needs and do not know much about cars. I try to give them space so they don't feel like I'm taking over for them. David was very knowledgeable and provided them solutions they could understand. Manager tells me I need to pull my own parts behind the counter because he cannot lift tie rods or climb a ladder. He hardly knows car parts and can’t pull an order. This is your manager? No wonder everyone talks so bad about this store. Now I see why…
