Manager and even the General Manager need to be trained on Professionalism, and Customer Service. No wonder some of the employees make the wrong decisions and give out bad recommendations. My last time... When people show you who they are, believe them.
>unfortunately Incompetent. Called to confirm a part was in stock before driving over, was told yes, and arrived to find out they didn't have it. Wasted my gas and time, and my truck is still disabled. Don't trust what they tell you over the phone. Goodluck!
Came in for windshield wipers and had two interactions with two young guys that really missed the mark on basic customer service. The first one told me “19–24, grab them off the aisle” with zero explanation or help, so I left confused instead of informed. I had to call my husband bc hello I’m just a girl. The second did install them, which I appreciated, but after I said thank you he just walked off with no acknowledgment. Just felt like very little effort into being helpful or even polite. Basic courtesy goes a long way.
Taylor at the Bunn store was so nice. He was very helpful and took care of what I needed, he answered my questions and put my windshield wiper blades on for me. Such great service.
