1 star is being generous , water pump went out ford taurus 00 mid-year model where it all changes so they give me wrong water pump okay that's my fault I go back swap it out for correct using the Vin and buying serpentine belt just to come home install the water pump and find out they gave me a belt 6 inches too short. If I wasn't returning this belt I wouldn't be returning
We came with a major problem drew the manager was awesome so was the tall blonde guy that works there. Thank you so much.
