Over priced and long wait times. I was trying to get a part for my car before nationals and they told me it was a special order that would take over a week. I went to Advance across the street and had it the same day for 1/2 the price! What a rip off.
Got into my truck this morning, and the battery light on the dashboard was lit telling me there was a problem. Stopped at a parts place, and their machine was unable to diagnose the problem. Went to O'Reilly's and Angelo was able to quickly determine that my alternator/voltage regulator was bad. So, I bought a new alternator and a serpentine belt.
