Just visited the store here in Wakefield for the first time. I always went to Autozone, mainly because it was a little closer. After one Autozone's employees was rude to my mother-in-law about switching a battery for her last week, I searched out other stores and came across this one. I spoke to Kim and explained that she wanted to buy a battery and have someone install it for her. The employees could not have been nicer and accommodating. Just went to the new O’Reilly in Wakefield for the first time and the young man Alex was extremely helpful with my problem. Helped me figure out what I needed really quickly and was professional and friendly. Smart move hiring quality staff like him. You’ve made a new customer.
