I Needed some new wiper blades—so nothing complex. But Hillario helped me get the correct blades, double checked everything, and even put them in for me. Great customer service!
Huge shoutout to Hilario! The store was packed and he was the only one helping inside while another teammate was outside working on his truck. An angry customer came in, and Hilario handled it like a pro calm, patient, and professional. Very impressed with how he kept things under control and still took care of everyone. The frustrating part of my experience here is the store being full, and the gentleman was asked if you come in and help completely ignored the customer and continue working on his truck.
