Worst experience of my life. The manager Jermaine is very rude, very disrespectful, and very unprofessional. I would never go into or recommend anyone to spend their money at this establishment due to his unsavory disposition to customers. As I was leaving for fear of anymore verbal abuse I was enduring he stated for me to report him if I have an issue with my treatment from him. I visited the O'Reilly auto part shop at 355 Huntington turnpike in Bridgeport on 10/22/2024 For pieces for a part on my vehicle. There was a manager Who assisted me by the name of Jermaine He had great customer service and he truly took the time with helping me find the right pieces I needed. He also went up and beyond in assisting me with putting the part on to assure that I had the right pieces and the part was on properly.
