Here’s looking at you O’Reilly auto parts… way to falsely advertise a “free” oil filter and 20% off an air filter but charging full price at the register. While checking out I questioned why the oil filter was being charged and why there was no discount on the air filter and was told, that’s how it rang up. Larry & Alex went above & beyond to help me replace my bf's light bulb in his car. Whenever I went to replace it, the light bulb was not in all the way & it fell out. They did absolutely everything to help us get it out of the tail light, put the light in & put everything back together. Thank you so much for all of your help. They definitely deserve a raise or a bonus!
