I will never buy parts from O'Reilly's again I called O'Reilly's ,AutoZone ,Napa ,Advanced Auto for a price and warranty check on a radiator for my truck and O'Reilly's had the best warranty but a little bit more pricey they said they had one in stock anyway so I drop in O'Reilly's and one of the employees asked if I needed help i gave him the information about my vehicle ones more and they gave me the radiator take it home to find out it was completely different so I call back down to O'Reilly's explain they gave me the wro... read more

Great customer service
My truck battery suddenly died on the way to work last Wednesday morning. Randy (manager) promptly replaced the battery and I was on my way in no time. He even hit my terminal connections with some spray to help get rid of corrosion. A+ customer service, attention to detail and professionalism.
