Great team everyone knows there stuff
A few days ago my mom and i went to the penn hills location and ther was a new crew I never seen Douglas was so amazing very friendly But any way my little brother wouldn't stop crying over a toy my mom didn't want to buy Douglas walked over to the toys and grabbed a monster truck and purchased the toy out of his pocket for my little brother My mom and I were so impressed with his kindness he is a blessing never have I experienced this level of customer service He needs to be recognized for his kindness and level of service
Douglas at O’Reilly Auto Parts was amazing! He was a huge help, very knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure I left with the correct parts. Customer service like this is hard to find. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Mr. Douglas did an excellent job changing my windshield wipers. He was fast, professional, and incredibly friendly. Really appreciated his positive attitude towards me, I would highly recommend.
