O'Reilly is my go to for anything I need for my vehicles. I'm never disappointed with my service or parts. It was not the fault of the guy working solo behind the counter. He was very courteous and busy. He said that he would assist me outside with my engine light as soon as he was available, I waited for awhile but the people kept coming in and the phone kept ringing. I'm surprised there was only 1 employee on a Saturday. I'm headed to another location, not worries.

Great service
Definitely will avoid this O’Reillys. Based on the attitude mark had I’d steer clear from this store. I walked in to warranty replace a belt tensioner and instead of him scanning my recipe. He, asks if I’m returning the item. I clearly state I am not looking to get money back but replace the defective item. He looks at me with an absolute stupid look and proceeds to say “so your not returning it”, I then reply with “ why does it have to be so technical, it’s a warranty replacement not a warranty return, which in the system y... read more
