Great experience, Nick helped out getting my codes read and then explained a few potential causes and cheaper fixes than leaping directly to expensive repairs and replacements. went to get my battery checked today & was told to wait 5-10 minutes. after 21 minutes, i had to be the one to walk back into the store and see what was going on. they “forgot about me” even though there was ONE other person in the store & i was sitting RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE LITERAL DOOR WITH MY CAR HOOD OPEN! saw the guy walking around, drinking water, laughing it up with coworker, and doing miscellaneous stuff while trying to avoid eye contact with me. after i went inside a second time to get help they couldn’t get my star... read more
