What lazy people that work there!!! My mother took her car to this location to get her battery checked on her 2018 Honda Civic. The man advised her battery was bad, would not sell her a battery or change it out. He said the cars had "battery cables." If he was trained properly he would have seen it's all connected and you literally lift it off the terminals and pull the old battery out and then place the new battery in and slide it on the new battery terminals.
