The store is empty. There is one associate doing all the work, the other one is standing at the register looking completely annoyed, his answers are short and borderline rude. I left without buying, I will never come back to this location
My car was dead in Cubesmart up the road, can tell right away I need a new battery. I walked here, about 1.5 miles, said what I need and that I need a tool too. The lady in the counter said they could bring me back there with the battery and tool. Bc it’s soo heavy. The second they found out it’s not the storage right next door, and is like a 5 min drive. SHE TOOK IT BACK!! This was after I made my purchase by the way !! But guess what?! To turn around on 135th and get the one next door takes JUST AS LONG!!! To add insult to... read more
