So I have a Super Start Extreme battery that I purchased from my sister's reliable mechanic while vacationing in central Florida 18 months ago. Though it worked great, the South Florida heat is really tough on batteries, and now mine wouldn't turn over the car a couple days ago. First time at your store, I asked for oil for my truck, he checked the computer, perfect he had it, but told me where it was, I expected him to get it for me but left me, to many to choose from so I left, not like the rest of the auto parts store the would hand it to me, that is what I expect, bought it at Amazon saved $30, I just wanted convenience, and I was the only person there, never again.

I have to say that Luis who works at O Riellys on 135st is the most helpful man I ever knew. His knowledge about cars is excellent. I would go back to this store anytime. He went out of his way for me, a complete stranger.
The customer service is always amazing when I come here. They always answer all my questions. They are so educated and informative. Thank you Lewis and Ray. You guys are the best.
