My car was dead in Cubesmart up the road, can tell right away I need a new battery. I walked here, about 1.5 miles, said what I need and that I need a tool too. The lady in the counter said they could bring me back there with the battery and tool. Bc it’s soo heavy. The second they found out it’s not the storage right next door, and is like a 5 min drive. I normally don’t write reviews, but Luis provided me with such great customer service that I had to go out of my way to write him one. Luis was attentive on not only helping me choose the right battery but also knowledgeable helping me install it despite my battery rack being hard to access. All this are things I rarely get at other auto part companies
