I had a bad experience with the staff today 09/21/2025 around 1 PM where I brought my battery for a check up & was told that it just need a charging for two hours. Unfortunately, when I came back around 3:20 pm my battery was left unhooked to the charging station. I just grab my battery to other store. Hopefully, such irresponsible working attitude be given due attention to deter its occurrence again.
Don’t expect to get your battery installed even though their website explicitly says that you can purchase and get your battery installed. If you have an older vehicle and there are obstructions — even if you pull them off yourself — they may not install. Disappointed. My car didn’t start, and he did jump it again so I could leave and figure out how to get this battery installed myself.
