As cliché as it sounds, I’m a young woman who usually relies on my dad to take care of car maintenance. Today, I went in to get my windshield wipers replaced, and Sandra helped me out. She found the right wipers for my car and even installed them for me. It took some time due to the condition of the old ones, but she handled it with care and made sure there was no damage to the new wipers. Swung by for an electrical test, Jon took great care of me and went above and beyond.
Went there yesterday to get a diagnostic check done to my car because it sounded "off," it would sputter when I would start it. The woman who came out to "help" me didn't try to connect my car to the device to read my car. Instead, I had to do it myself. After the test was done, she told me the computer said there's nothing wrong with my car. I told her what was going on with my car, and she just gave me a look and shrugged. Stopped by to drop off 20L of used oil and 3 old car batteries. The process was super smooth—no hassle at all. Staff was friendly and got everything taken care of right away. In and out in just a few minutes. Really appreciate how easy they made it. Will definitely be coming back next time I’ve got stuff to drop off.
