My issue with O'Reilly was my daughter's battery was having issues the staff checked her battery and alternator. We wanted to purchase a new battery. My husband and I are active duty and live out of state, we were on the phone. We asked could we pay by phone and was told no without any questions or hesitation. This was disheartening, she has a 2022 vehicle, and was informed that they did not have the machine to help code her battery in order to replace it.
