My issue with O'Reilly was my daughter's battery was having issues the staff checked her battery and alternator. We wanted to purchase a new battery. My husband and I are active duty and live out of state, we were on the phone. We asked could we pay by phone and was told no without any questions or hesitation. This was disheartening, she has a 2022 vehicle, and was informed that they did not have the machine to help code her battery in order to replace it. Knowledgeable, quick and friendly
As cliché as it sounds, I’m a young woman who usually relies on my dad to take care of car maintenance. Today, I went in to get my windshield wipers replaced, and Sandra helped me out. She found the right wipers for my car and even installed them for me. It took some time due to the condition of the old ones, but she handled it with care and made sure there was no damage to the new wipers. I really appreciate people like her who don’t make customers feel like a burden. Thank you, Sandra!
