Refused to install a new headlight on a 2018 subaru crosstrek. The employee stated "we'd have to take a bunch of stuff apart." Drove down the street to Autozone and they had it installed in under 10 minutes. The "taking a bunch of stuff apart" only involved removing two screws and and a piece of plastic/covering. First time I've ever had an auto parts store refuse to help with something seemingly basic.
