Terrible customer service the lady working at the desk was so disrespectful towards me. She was light skin with dreads terrible customer service and terrible attitude..
Now I understand the commercial jingle. The parts here are better than OEM. If its not the dealer that I need something super specific I'm definitely going to O'Reilly for everything else. I got a specific fuel pump. Throttle body and a few other parts for my car. Thank you for the amazing customer at the Waldorf md location.
Like the customer service through the phone is terrible so I genuinely only imagine how it is inside.

Poor service 3 employees at counter all weman and nobody wants to wait on you and one is manager they don't seem to mind you waiting on them this is not the store for you there are 4 better choices all nearby never again will I ever return
