Great service and friendly staff. Very helpful
Had some car troubles driving from Wilmington to Pennsylvania and stopped here after Advanced Auto next door was not able to help us and did not have a helpful attitude. Lee and his new trainee (not sure his name) were honest and helpful and Lee was very friendly and let us use tools to fix our car on the parking lot. Definitely stop here if you’re anywhere near Emporia, VA. Thanks again Lee, here’s your 5 star!
Came here to say to purchase some parts that needed to be fixed on my car gave them the make and model come to find out they sold me the wrong parts . I live in Richmond and could not get ahold of them for 2 hours ! Unapologetic and problematic management . Will not be returning here as they can not be trusted to sell the proper parts Bryce sold me the wrong lights no apology and wasted my time had to come back to return the lights and he shrugged his shoulders and said welp it happens sometimes .
