I recently visited this O’Reilly Auto Parts location and had a very disappointing experience. I handed cash to the salesman (a $20 bill) before he walked me over to look for a power steering cap. When we returned to the counter, he denied having ever received the money. There were no cameras in the area to review what happened, and I felt there was no accountability or way to resolve the situation. Staff is always very helpful; they make sure you have everything you need and let you know that you can return anything at any time with their policies and the guarantees they have on their parts it makes buying things for the vehicle just a little less stressful
