I recently visited this O’Reilly Auto Parts location and had a very disappointing experience. I handed cash to the salesman (a $20 bill) before he walked me over to look for a power steering cap. When we returned to the counter, he denied having ever received the money. There were no cameras in the area to review what happened, and I felt there was no accountability or way to resolve the situation.
